Ferdous Bahar

Ferdous Bahar is a Bengali-Australian woman from Western Sydney. She is an advocate for improved cultural competence and awareness of institutional discrimination in corporate workspaces and is a member of Sweatshop: Western Sydney Literacy Movement. Ferdous is currently working on a series of short stories and reviews which highlight the experiences of women of colour in the corporate workspace, drawing on her own encounters within the legal profession. In addition to writing and reviewing, Ferdous works as a lawyer at Ashurst.
