Christine Shamista

Christine Shamista is a Sri Lankan-Australian writer and poet based on the land of the Wangal people of the Eora nation in Sydney's inner west. She is a member of Sweatshop: Western Sydney Literacy Movement. Her short stories and poems have been published in Sweatshop Women and Red Room Poetry.
