Brooke Prendergast is a Melbourne-based musician and writer. She plays the French horn, works as an instrumental music teacher and writes critically about classical music culture. Most of her other thoughts are about dogs and pigeons and trees—and this more-than-human focus is reflected in her other nonfiction work.
