Stephanie Eslake
Stephanie Eslake is an emerging arts journalist with degrees in both media and music, and was KYD's inaugural New Critic Award winner in 2017. Her writing has been featured in publications such as The Mercury, Limelight Magazine, The Herald Sun, and Warp Magazine among others. Also a trained saxophonist, Stephanie founded CutCommon in 2014 as Australia's only online magazine for the young classical musician. She was named a semi-finalist in the 2016 Tasmanian Young Achiever of the Year Awards, and won the City of Hobart Australia Day 2017 Young Citizen of the Year Award for her contributions to the arts.
