Monique Nair

Monique Nair is a Naarm/Melbourne based writer and editor of Indian-Italian-Polish heritage. She is the marketing manager of Mascara Literary Review and the co-editor of the journal's debut anthology, Resilience, published with Ultimo Press. She was a participant in Footscray Community Arts' West Writers program and is a screenwriter for My Melbourne, an anthology film produced by Mind Blowing Films and supported by VicScreen and Screen Australia. She has performed her writing at the Emerging Writers' Festival and other events and her work is published in Peril, Voiceworks, RMIT Features and The Indian Weekly.
