Mia Formichella

Mia Formichella is a lawyer, writer, and brain injury advocate living on Kaurna Land. Her manuscript ‘Part of the Game’ was shortlisted for the 2023 Penguin Write It Fellowship, and received a high commendation for the 2023 Deep Creek Residency. Her writing has also been published in the Adas Anthology as part of the 2023 Williamstown Literary Festival. Mia sits as a board member for Brain Injury SA, where she utilises her lived experience of brain injury to help improve the lives of others.
