Mandy Ord

Mandy Ord is a comics artist, illustrator, educator, and a disability support worker with a long history of self publishing. She has contributed stories to Meanjin, the Age, Voiceworks, The Lifted Brow, Going Down Swinging and Trouble Magazine. Mandy has collaborated with theatre companies, writers, musicians, historians, local Wiradjuri language experts, augmented reality designers and audio units for online content. In 2020 her book When One Person Dies The Whole World is Over (Brow Books) was longlisted for The Stella Prize and shortlisted for the Small Press Network Book of the Year. Her next book, a collection of graphic short stories, will be published in 2022.
