Janna Tay

Janna Tay was born in Kuching, Malaysia, and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, where she now studies law and philosophy. Her poetry and non-fiction have appeared in The Pantograph Punch, Polyphony Starling Magazine, and small journals. She gained second prize in Landfall’s 2018 Charles Brasch Young Writers’ Essay Competition and in her spare time runs an online platform aimed at uplifting marginalised voices.
