Isabelle Carney

Isabelle Carney is a screenwriter and performer based in Naarm (Melbourne). She is currently completing her graduating year at the Victorian College of the Arts studying a Bachelor of Film and Television (Screenwriting). Isabelle has written and performed in original shows for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Melbourne Fringe and the Arts Centre Melbourne, and hopes to one day have enough time to do more young-person-Melbourne things, like leaving Melbourne for Europe, or buying a Crumpler that looks big from the outside but cannot fit a water bottle in any of its flaps. She juggles being a student with working in a falafel shop and occasionally writes for the ABC.
