Guido Melo is an Afro-Brazilian-Latinx Post Graduate Research Student at Victoria University in Naarm (Melbourne). He is a multilingual author, and his words can be found in Overland, Africa is a Country, Meanjin, Colournary and many more. Guido is a member of the Sweatshop Literacy Movement, a columnist for Negrê, and a contributor to the anthologies Growing Up African in Australia (Black Inc., 2019), Racism (Sweatshop, 2021) and Resilience (Mascara and Ultimo Press, 2022).
