Digby Houghton

Digby Houghton is currently writing his Honours thesis on 1970s Australian cinema and the prevalence of an ‘aesthetic of paranoia’. He is passionate about Australian cinema and believe it’s unrivalled and worth paying attention to. He often doubts how visceral film-going can be until the lights dim and he’s watching another one. Once he has stumbled out of the dark room, the urge to delve into the context and experience takes over.
