Alexandra Dane

Alexandra Dane is a Senior Lecturer in Media & Communications at the University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on notions of power in the literary field. She is the author of White Literary Taste Production in Contemporary Book Culture (Cambridge University Press 2023) and Gender and Prestige in Literature: Contemporary Australian Book Culture (Palgrave Macmillan 2020).
