Art + music + theatre + design + wine + books = PRIZES
We have some amazing prizes to be won at this evening of trivial pursuits.
If you love KYD’s beautiful cover illustrations by the mega-talented Guy Shield, then here’s your chance to own some of his original artwork (above). Guy has chosen two of his faves (the cover of issue No. 19 and the newest issue No. 22), and we have two framed prints up for grabs.
If you like your tunes loud, paroxysmal and peristaltic (who doesn’t?) we have a stack of awesome music to be won thanks to our friends at Aarght Records, including some white-hot Aussie bands like Nun, Ausmuteants, Exhaustion, UV Race and oldies-but-goodies Cosmic Psychos.
For theatre-buffs, we have two double passes to Metanoia Theatre’s exciting new production NaGL (Not a Good Look), opening at the start of October. This brilliant new company have settled into the superb theatre at Brunswick Mechanic’s Institute and are about to launch their second season.
And life isn’t worth living without a little bit of homemaking.
Trivia-heads can also win a $50 voucher to awesome new Brunswick store Melbourne Vintage and peruse their great range of décor, fashion, furniture, lighting and prints.
You can also win one of several $50 vouchers from our old mates at Readings Books, as well as a raft of books (as in lots of books, not books made into a raft, although that may also be a surprise prize). Plus wine, spot prizes on the bar, and a bunch of other delights to be revealed on Thursday.
