If you are overwhelmed and nonplussed by the Melbourne International Comedy Festival program, we’re here to help you out. Killings has four double passes to give away to Victoria Healy’s ‘For the Experience’. Passes are good for the night of Saturday 16 April. For your chance to win, just email [email protected] with the subject line ‘flamin’ eggplant’.
The large Aussie family Victoria Healy was born into did not prepare her for much. Her days were filled with watching footy, one-dayers and the local Mooney Valley trots. By age 15, Victoria had a good pair of trackie dacks, an addiction to Coca-Cola, a bowl haircut and no idea what a flamin’ eggplant was.
It seemed eight hours of TV watching a day was not enough to fill the gaps needed to make her into a fully grown woman – she was going to have to figure the world out for herself.
In ‘For the Experience’, Healy collaborates for the first time with comedy veteran Jason Geary, who brings with him over 15 years of experience with credits including Thank God You’re Here, SkitHouse and The Micallef Pogram.
